I am MSc in science, former bikecycle and fitness enthusiast.

I enjoy jogging, walking and playing different sports.

I am writing articles about health, fitness, nutrition and weight loss.

What is my mission?
A better question is why I started blogging?

We live in a world where obesity is a dangerous disease affecting a lot of people and I want to help people lose those pounds that bother them and live a better and happier life.

Years of experience in fitness help me raise people’s awareness about healthy diet and physical activity which are essential for all of us.

I hope we can be healthier and happier, as well.

I love jogging and hiking.

In addition, I like cycling in the city. It’s my favorite method of transport.

My favorite sports are bikecycle and swimming.

Also, I enjoy Pilates, yoga and different types of fitness.

How I review products?
The 2 most important things for weight loss that I constantly repeat are a balanced diet and physical activity.

But, there are some other things you can do to speed up the weight loss process.
